Do I need an estimate before booking?
No. Request an estimate if you want preliminary pricing guidance. If you are ready for a design appointment, book directly.
Can I try on every style shown online?
Some online styles are made to order. Showroom try-ons depend on the samples and sizes physically available. Confirm availability before your visit.
Can I order from another state?
Yes. Virtual design appointments and shipping are available. Production and delivery timing are confirmed for your order.
How far ahead should I order?
For custom designs, we recommend booking 16–18 weeks before your event to give you the widest range of design options and secure your place on our production calendar. Have a closer event date? We also accommodate shorter timelines and rush requests, depending on the design and availability. Submit an inquiry with your event date so we can explore your options and confirm your timeline before you order.
When does custom production begin?
A paid design appointment reserves your meeting. Your nonrefundable 60% production retainer begins your custom order; the remaining balance is due before pickup or shipment.
Are walk-ins welcome?
Walk-ins are welcome with a scheduled time slot so we can give you the attention you need. Use the showroom appointment option to arrange your visit.
